Neil was appointed a Director of Europol International plc in June 2007 and subsequently to be elected Chairman. Neil became a Member of the Stock Exchange in 1972 and subsequently a partner in two Member Firms. He has chaired or been a director of several public companies over the last 25 years engaged in service industries, property, leisure and wholesale distribution. He is currently executive chairman of HAF Group Limited.

Nick has been Managing Director of Europol International plc since June 2005. Prior to joining Europol, Nick spent 15 years working in the UK music industry running start-up companies. He was co-founder of Channelfly plc, which was floated on AIM in 1999 raising £3million. He was been on the Board of the UK Music Managers Forum for several years and is a Director of a number of small companies.

Gerry is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and is the Senior Partner of Defries Weiss, which he co-founded in 1976. Gerry has been Chief Financial Officer of Europol International plc since May 2005.

Joel is a successful professional investor and has made a number of investments in growth companies, both listed and unlisted. He has been a Director of Europol International plc since July 2005. He is currently a committee member of the London Business Angels Network and the London Seed Capital Fund.
